Return & Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our items are custom-produced, artist merchandise, or made-to-order, our return policy is more specific than a traditional retail store.
Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received

The item must include original tags and packaging, if applicable

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Please note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our merchandise, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom, made-to-order, or print-on-demand items

Limited-edition or artist-exclusive merchandise

Items purchased on final sale or clearance

Digital products or downloads
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or style preference. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.
To request a replacement or refund for these issues:

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Items marked as sale, clearance, or final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at {email address} with your order details and photos of the issue. Exchange requests are subject to availability.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to the recipient, approved returns may be issued as store credit.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund (if applicable) will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
